## SEC. 105 DELINEATION OF NEXT GENERATION AIR TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM PROJECTS Section 44501(b) is amended— ####

(1)in paragraph

(3)by striking “and” after the semicolon; ####

(2)in paragraph (4)(B) by striking “defense.” and inserting “defense; and”; and ####

(3)by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(5) > > a list of capital projects that are part of the Next Generation Air Transportation System and funded by amounts appropriated under section 48101(a).” > . ## Subtitle B Passenger Facility Charges
