## SEC. 14 BIOFUEL PIPELINES Section 60101(a)(4) is amended— ####
(1)in subparagraph
(A)by striking “and” after the semicolon; ####
(2)by redesignating subparagraph
(B)as subparagraph (C); and ####
(3)by inserting after subparagraph
(A)the following: > > ##### “(B) > > nonpetroleum fuel, including biofuel, that is flammable, toxic, or corrosive or would be harmful to the environment if released in significant quantities; and” > .
