## SEC. 11 PIPELINE INFRASTRUCTURE DATA COLLECTION ###

(a)In General Section 60132(a) is amended by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(4) > > Any other geospatial or technical data, including design and material specifications, that the Secretary determines are necessary to carry out the purposes of this section. The Secretary shall give reasonable notice to operators that the data are being requested.” > . ###

(b)Disclosure Limited to FOIA Requirements Section 60132, as amended by this Act, is further amended by adding at the end the following: > > ### “(f) Public Disclosure Limited > > The Secretary may not disclose information collected pursuant to subsection

(a)except to the extent permitted by section 552 of title 5.” > .
