## Sec. 6 **[**[21 U.S.C. 146](/us/usc/t21/s146)**]** There is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $50,000 per annum, to enable the **[**Secretary of Health and Human Services**]**1 to carry out the provisions of this Act.
