## Sec. 13 separability **[**[15 U.S.C. 1331 note](/us/usc/t15/s1331)**]** If any provision of this Act or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the other provisions of this Act and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
