## SEC. 810 TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS TO SECTION 403 OF THE INTELLIGENCE AUTHORIZATION ACT, FISCAL YEAR 1992 ###
(a)Role of the Director of National Intelligence Section 403 of the Intelligence Authorization Act, Fiscal Year 1992 (50 U.S.C. 403-2) is amended by striking “ The Director of Central Intelligence ” and inserting the following: > > ### “(a) In General > > The Director of National Intelligence” > . ###
(b)Definition of Intelligence Community Section 403 of the Intelligence Authorization Act, Fiscal Year 1992, as amended by subsection (a), is further amended— ####
(1)by striking “Intelligence Community” and inserting “intelligence community”; and ####
(2)by striking the second sentence and inserting the following: > > ### “(b) Intelligence Community Defined > > In this section, the term ‘intelligence community’ has the meaning given that term in section 3(4) of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 401a(4)).” > .
