## SEC. 802 TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS TO THE CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY ACT OF 1949 The Central Intelligence Agency Act of 1949 (50 U.S.C. 403a et seq.) is amended— ####
(1)**[**[50 U.S.C. 403f](/us/usc/t50/s403f)**]** in paragraph
(1)of section 5(a), by striking “authorized under paragraphs
(2)and
(3)of section 102(a), subsections (c)(7) and
(d)of section 103, subsections
(a)and
(g)of section 104, and section 303 of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 403(a)(2), (3), 403-3(c)(7), (d), 403-4(a), (g), and 405)” and inserting “authorized under section 104A of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 403-4a).”; and ####
(2)**[**[50 U.S.C. 403q](/us/usc/t50/s403q)**]** in section 17(d)(3)(B)— #####
(A)in clause (i), by striking “advise” and inserting “advice”; and #####
(B)by amending clause
