## SEC. 444 EXTENSION OF THE AUTHORITY OF THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION TO WAIVE MANDATORY RETIREMENT PROVISIONS ###
(a)Civil Service Retirement System Subsection
(b)of section 8335 of title 5, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in the paragraph
(2)enacted by section 112(a)(2) of the Department of Justice Appropriations Act, 2005 (title I of division B of Public Law 108-447; 118 Stat. 2868), by striking “2009” and inserting “2011”; and ####
(2)by striking the paragraph
(2)enacted by section 2005(a)(2) of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 (Public Law 108-458; 118 Stat. 3704). ###
(b)Federal Employees’ Retirement System Subsection
(b)of section 8425 of title 5, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in the paragraph
(2)enacted by section 112(b)(2) of the Department of Justice Appropriations Act, 2005 (title I of division B of Public Law 108-447; 118 Stat. 2868), by striking “2009” and inserting “2011”; and ####
