## SEC. 369 INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY FINANCIAL IMPROVEMENT AND AUDIT READINESS Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of National Intelligence shall— ####

(1)conduct a review of the status of the auditability compliance of each element of the intelligence community; and ####

(2)develop a plan and schedule to achieve a full, unqualified audit of each element of the intelligence community not later than September 30, 2013. # TITLE IV MATTERS RELATING TO ELEMENTS OF THE INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY ## Subtitle A Office of the Director of National Intelligence
