## SEC. 204 EXTENSION OF AIRPORT IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM ###
(a)Authorization of Appropriations ####
(1)In general Section 48103 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— #####
(A)in paragraph
(7)by striking “and” at the end; and #####
(B)by striking paragraph
(8)and inserting the following: > > #### “(8) > > $3,515,000,000 for fiscal year 2011; and > > > #### “(9) > > $1,181,270,492 for the period beginning on October 1, 2011, and ending on January 31, 2012.” > . ####
(2)Obligation of amounts Subject to limitations specified in advance in appropriation Acts, sums made available for a portion of fiscal year 2012 pursuant to the amendment made by paragraph
(1)may be obligated at any time through September 30, 2012, and shall remain available until expended. ###
(b)Project Grant Authority **[**[49 U.S.C. 47104](/us/usc/t49/s47104)**]** Section 47104(c) of such title is amended by striking “September 16, 2011,” and inserting “January 31, 2012,”.
