## SEC. 131 ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR PLANNING PROGRAMS Section 5305(g) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking “2011” and inserting “2011 and for the period beginning on October 1, 2011, and ending on March 31, 2012”.
