## SEC. 122 EXTENSION OF FEDERAL MOTOR CARRIER SAFETY ADMINISTRATION PROGRAMS ###
(a)Motor Carrier Safety Grants Section 31104(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)by striking “and” at the end of paragraphs
(5)and (6); ####
(2)by striking the period at the end of paragraph
(7)and inserting “; and”; and ####
(3)by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(8) > > $106,000,000 for the period beginning on October 1, 2011, and ending on March 31, 2012.” > . ###
(b)Administrative Expenses Section 31104(i)(1) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)by striking “and” at the end of subparagraphs
(E)and (F); ####
(2)by striking the period at the end of subparagraph
(G)and inserting “; and”; and ####
(3)by adding at the end the following: > > ##### “(H) > > $122,072,000 for the period beginning on October 1, 2011, and ending on March 31, 2012.” > . ###
(c)Grant Programs Section 4101(c) of SAFETEA-LU (119 Stat. 1715) is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph
(1)by inserting “and $15,000,000 for the period beginning on October 1, 2011, and ending on March 31, 2012” before the period at the end; ####
(2)in paragraph
(2)by inserting “and $16,000,000 for the period beginning on October 1, 2011, and ending on March 31, 2012” before the period at the end; ####
(3)in paragraph
(3)by inserting “and $2,500,000 for the period beginning on October 1, 2011, and ending on March 31, 2012” before the period at the end; ####
(4)in paragraph
(4)by inserting “and $12,500,000 for the period beginning on October 1, 2011, and ending on March 31, 2012” before the period at the end; and ####
(5)in paragraph
(5)by inserting “and $1,500,000 for the period beginning on October 1, 2011, and ending on March 31, 2012” before the period at the end. ###
(d)High-Priority Activities Section 31104(k)(2) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking “2011” and inserting “2011 and $7,500,000 for the period beginning on October 1, 2011, and ending on March 31, 2012,”. ###
(e)New Entrant Audits Section 31144(g)(5)(B) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking “fiscal year” inserting “fiscal year and up to $14,500,000 for the period beginning on October 1, 2011, and ending on March 31, 2012,”. ###
(f)Outreach and Education **[**[49 U.S.C. 31100 note](/us/usc/t49/s31100)**]** Section 4127(e) of SAFETEA-LU (119 Stat. 1741) is amended by striking “2011” and inserting “2011 (and $500,000 to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, and $1,500,000 to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, for the period beginning on October 1, 2011, and ending on March 31, 2012)”. ###
(g)Grant Program for Commercial Motor Vehicle Operators **[**[49 U.S.C. 31301 note](/us/usc/t49/s31301)**]** Section 4134(c) of SAFETEA-LU (119 Stat. 1744) is amended by striking “2011” and inserting “2011 and $500,000 for the period beginning on October 1, 2011, and ending on March 31, 2012,”. ###
(h)Motor Carrier Safety Advisory Committee **[**[49 U.S.C. 31100 note](/us/usc/t49/s31100)**]** Section 4144(d) of SAFETEA-LU (119 Stat. 1748) is amended by striking “September 30, 2011” and inserting “March 31, 2012”. ###
(i)Working Group for Development of Practices and Procedures To Enhance Federal-State Relations Section 4213(d) of SAFETEA-LU (49 U.S.C. 14710 note; 119 Stat. 1759) is amended by striking “September 30, 2011” and inserting “March 31, 2012”.
