Notwithstanding section 1101, the level for each of the following accounts under the heading “Department of Transportation, Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration” shall be as follows: “Operational Expenses, (Pipeline Safety Fund)”, $21,496,000; “Hazardous Materials Safety”, $39,098,000, of which $1,699,000 shall remain available until September 30, 2013; and “Pipeline Safety (Pipeline Safety Fund) (Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund)”, $106,919,000, of which $18,905,000 shall be derived from the Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund and shall remain available until September 30, 2013, and of which $88,014,000 shall be derived from the Pipeline Safety Fund, of which $47,332,000 shall remain available until September 30, 2013.
