Notwithstanding section 1101, the level for each of the following accounts of the Senate shall be as follows: “Salaries, Officers and Employees”, $185,982,000; “Salaries, Officers and Employees, Office of the Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper”, $77,000,000; “Contingent Expenses of the Senate, Secretary of the Senate”, $6,200,000, of which $4,200,000 shall remain available until September 30, 2015; and “Contingent Expenses of the Senate, Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper of the Senate”, $142,401,000.
