Notwithstanding section 1101, the level for “National Gallery of Art, Repair, Restoration and Renovation of Buildings” shall be $48,221,000: *Provided,* That the amounts included under such heading in division A of Public Law 111-88 shall be applied to funds appropriated by this division by substituting “$42,250,000” for “$40,000,000”.
