Notwithstanding section 1101, the level for “Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Historic Preservation Fund” shall be $54,500,000: *Provided,* That the amounts included under such heading in division A of Public Law 111-88 shall be applied to funds appropriated by this division by substituting “$0” for “$25,000,000”: *Provided further,* That the proviso under such heading in division A of Public Law 111-88 shall not apply to funds appropriated by this division.
