Notwithstanding section 1101, the level for “Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Management of Lands and Resources” shall be $963,706,000: *Provided,* That the amounts included under such heading in division A of Public Law 111-88 shall be applied to funds appropriated by this division by substituting “$963,706,000” for “$959,571,000” the second place it appears.
