From the unobligated balances of prior year appropriations made available for “Department of Homeland Security, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services”, $13,000,000 is rescinded: *Provided*, That United States Citizenship and Immigration Services shall not rescind any unobligated balances from the following programs and activities: E-Verify, data center migration, and processing applications for asylum and refugee status.
