## SEC. 1610 ###

(a)Notwithstanding section 1101, the level for “Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Border Security Fencing, Infrastructure, and Technology” shall be $574,173,000. ###

(b)Paragraph

(11)of the first proviso and the third and fourth provisos under the heading “Border Security Fencing, Infrastructure, and Technology” of Public Law 111-83 shall not apply to funds appropriated by this division.
