## SEC. 1549 ###
(a)Notwithstanding section 1101, the aggregate amount of new obligational authority provided under the heading “Independent Agencies, General Services Administration, Real Property Activities, Federal Buildings Fund, Limitations on Availability of Revenue” for Federal buildings and courthouses and other purposes of the Fund shall be $7,597,540,000, of which:
(1)$82,000,000 is for “Construction and Acquisition”; and
(2)$280,000,000 is for “Repairs and Alterations”. ###
(b)The General Services Administration shall submit a detailed plan, by project, regarding the use of funds to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate within 30 days of enactment of this section and will provide notification to the Committees within 15 days prior to any changes regarding the use of these funds.
