## SEC. 1347 **[**[40 U.S.C. 40101 note](/us/usc/t40/s40101)**]** Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in fiscal year 2012 and thereafter payments for costs described in subsection
(a)of section 404 of Public Law 107-42, as amended, shall be considered to be, and included in, payments for compensation for the purposes of sections 406(b) and (d)(1) and
(2)of such Act. Costs for payments for compensation for claims in Group A, as described in section 405(a)(3)(C)(ii) of such Act, shall be paid from amounts made available under section 406 of such Act. Costs for payments for compensation for claims in Group B, as described in section 405(a)(3)(C)(iii) of such Act, shall be paid from amounts in the Victims Compensation Fund established under section 410 of such Act.
