Notwithstanding section 1101, the level for “Domestic Food Programs, Food and Nutrition Service, Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)” shall be $6,747,522,000: *Provided,* That the amounts included under such heading in Public Law 111-80 shall be applied to funds appropriated by this division by substituting “$35,000,000” for “$60,000,000”.
