Notwithstanding section 1101, the level for “Rural Development Programs, Rural Business-Cooperative Service, Rural Development Loan Fund Program Account” for the principal amount of direct loans as authorized by Rural Development Loan Fund shall be $19,181,000; and for the cost of direct loans, $7,400,000.
