## SEC. 305 APPORTIONMENT BASED ON FIXED GUIDEWAY FACTORS Section 5337 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in subsection (a), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking “2010” and inserting “2011”; and ####
(2)by striking subsection (g).
