## SEC. 303 ALLOCATING AMOUNTS FOR CAPITAL INVESTMENT GRANTS Section 5309(m) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— ####
(1)in paragraph (2)— #####
(A)by striking the paragraph heading and inserting “Fiscal years 2006 through 2011.—”; #####
(B)in the matter preceding subparagraph
(A)by striking “2010, and during the period beginning October 1, 2010, and ending March 4, 2011,” and inserting “2011”; and #####
(C)in subparagraph (A)(i) by striking “2010, and $84,931,000 for the period beginning October 1, 2010 and ending March 4, 2011,” and inserting “2011”; ####
(2)in paragraph (6)— #####
(A)in subparagraph
(B)by striking “2010, and $6,369,000 shall be available for the period beginning October 1, 2010 and ending March 4, 2011,” and inserting “2011”; and #####
(B)in subparagraph
(C)by striking “2010, and $2,123,000 shall be available for the period beginning October 1, 2010 and ending March 4, 2011,” and inserting “2011”; and ####
(3)in paragraph (7)— #####
