## SEC. 301 ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR PLANNING PROGRAMS Section 5305(g) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking “2010, and for the period beginning October 1, 2010, and ending March 4, 2011,” and inserting “2011”.
