## SEC. 939B ELIMINATION OF EXEMPTION FROM FAIR DISCLOSURE RULE **[**[15 U.S.C. 78m note](/us/usc/t15/s78m)**]** Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this subtitle, the Securities Exchange Commission shall revise Regulation FD (17 C.F.R. 243.100) to remove from such regulation the exemption for entities whose primary business is the issuance of credit ratings (17 C.F.R. 243.100(b)(2)(iii)). * * * * * * *
