## SEC. 3010 REGULATIONS **[**[12 U.S.C. 5709](/us/usc/t12/s5709)**]** The Secretary, in consultation with the Administrator of the Small Business Administration, shall issue such regulations and other guidance as the Secretary determines necessary or appropriate to implement this title including to define terms, to establish compliance and reporting requirements, and such other terms and conditions necessary to carry out the purposes of this title.
