## SEC. 1333 AGENCY ACCOUNTABILITY Section 15(g)(2) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 644(g)(2)) is amended— ####
(1)by inserting “(A)” after “(2)”; ####
(2)by striking “ Goals established ” and inserting the following: > > ##### “(B) > > Goals established” > ; ####
(3)by striking “ Whenever ” and inserting the following: > > ###### “(C) > > Whenever” > ; ####
(4)by striking “ For the purpose of ” and inserting the following: > > ##### “(D) > > For the purpose of” > ; ####
(5)by striking “ The head of each Federal agency, in attempting to attain such participation ” and inserting the following: > > ##### “(E) > > The head of each Federal agency, in attempting to attain the participation described in subparagraph (D)” > . ####
