## SEC. 707 EFFECTIVE DATE OF ACT **[**[47 U.S.C. 607](/us/usc/t47/s607)**]** This Act shall take effect upon the organization of the Commission, except that this section and sections 1 and 4 shall take effect July 1, 1934. The Commission shall be deemed to be organized upon such date as four members of the Commission have taken office.
