## SEC. 216 APPLICATION OF ACT TO RECEIVERS AND TRUSTEES **[**[47 U.S.C. 216](/us/usc/t47/s216)**]** The provisions of this Act shall apply to all receivers and operating trustees of carriers subject to this Act to the same extent that it applies to carriers.
