## SEC. 7003 SAVINGS **[**[42 U.S.C. 262 note](/us/usc/t42/s262)**]** ###
(a)Determination The Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of Health and Human Services, shall for each fiscal year determine the amount of savings to the Federal Government as a result of the enactment of this subtitle. ###
(b)Use Notwithstanding any other provision of this subtitle (or an amendment made by this subtitle), the savings to the Federal Government generated as a result of the enactment of this subtitle shall be used for deficit reduction. ## Subtitle B More Affordable Medicines for Children and Underserved Communities
