## SEC. 6302 FEDERAL COORDINATING COUNCIL FOR COMPARATIVE EFFECTIVENESS RESEARCH **[**[42 U.S.C. 299b–8 note](/us/usc/t42/s299b–8)**]** Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Federal Coordinating Council for Comparative Effectiveness Research established under section 804 of Division A of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (42 U.S.C. 299b–8), including the requirement under subsection (e)(2) of such section, shall terminate on the date of enactment of this Act. ## Subtitle E Medicare, Medicaid, and CHIP Program Integrity Provisions
