## SEC. 6107 GAO STUDY AND REPORT ON FIVE-STAR QUALITY RATING SYSTEM ###
(a)Study The Comptroller General of the United States (in this section referred to as the “Comptroller General”) shall conduct a study on the Five-Star Quality Rating System for nursing homes of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. Such study shall include an analysis of— ####
(1)how such system is being implemented; ####
(2)any problems associated with such system or its implementation; and ####
(3)how such system could be improved. ###
(b)Report Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General shall submit to Congress a report containing the results of the study conducted under subsection (a), together with recommendations for such legislation and administrative action as the Comptroller General determines appropriate. ### PART 2 TARGETING ENFORCEMENT
