## SEC. 3114 IMPROVED ACCESS FOR CERTIFIED NURSE-MIDWIFE SERVICES Section 1833(a)(1)(K) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395l(a)(1)(K)) is amended by inserting “(or 100 percent for services furnished on or after January 1, 2011)” after “1992, 65 percent”. ### PART II RURAL PROTECTIONS
