## SEC. 3107 EXTENSION OF PHYSICIAN FEE SCHEDULE MENTAL HEALTH ADD-ON Section 138(a)(1) of the Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act of 2008 (Public Law 110–275) is amended by striking “December 31, 2009” and inserting “December 31, 2010”.
