## SEC. 808 METHODOLOGIES USED TO ASSESS AIR TOUR NOISE **[**[49 U.S.C. 40128 note](/us/usc/t49/s40128)**]** Any methodology adopted by a Federal agency to assess air tour noise in any unit of the national park system (including the Grand Canyon and Alaska) shall be based on reasonable scientific methods.
