## SEC. 806 PROHIBITION OF COMMERCIAL AIR TOUR OPERATIONS OVER THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK **[**[49 U.S.C. 40128 note](/us/usc/t49/s40128)**]** Effective beginning on the date of the enactment of this Act, no commercial air tour operation may be conducted in the airspace over the Rocky Mountain National Park notwithstanding any other provision of this Act or section 40128 of title 49, United States Code.
