## SEC. 209 MAINTAINING THE INTEGRITY OF THE ESSENTIAL AIR SERVICE PROGRAM ###

(c)Effect on Certain Orders **[**[49 U.S.C. 41733 note](/us/usc/t49/s41733)**]** All orders issued by the Secretary after September 30, 1999, and before the date of the enactment of this Act establishing, modifying, or revoking essential air service levels shall be null and void beginning on the 90th day following such date of enactment.
