## SEC. 6003 MAXIMUM COSTS ###
(a)Maximum Cost of Projects Section 601(b)(2)(E) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 (114 Stat. 2683) is amended by inserting “and section (d)” before the period at the end. ###
(b)Maximum Cost of Program Authority Section 601(c)(3) of such Act (114 Stat. 2684) is amended by adding at the end the following: > > ##### “(C) Maximum cost of program authority > > Section 902 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (33 U.S.C. 2280) shall apply to the individual project funding limits in subparagraph
(A)and the aggregate cost limits in subparagraph (B).” > .
