## SEC. 5156 SOUTHERN WEST VIRGINIA ###
(a)Corps of Engineers Section 340 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4856; 113 Stat. 320) is amended by adding at the end the following: > > ### “(h) Corps of Engineers > > Not more than 10 percent of the amounts appropriated to carry out this section may be used by the Corps of Engineers district offices to administer projects under this section at Federal expense.” > . ###
(b)Southern West Virginia Defined Section 340(f) of such Act is amended by inserting “Nicholas,” after “Greenbrier,”. ###
(c)Nonprofit Entities Section 340 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4856) is further amended by adding at the end the following: > > ###### “(i) Nonprofit Entities > > In accordance with section 221(b) of the Flood Control Act of 1970 (42 U.S.C. 1962d–5b(b)), for any project carried out under this section, a non-Federal interest may include a nonprofit entity with the consent of the affected local government.” > .
