## SEC. 5134 NONCONNAH WEIR, MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE The project for flood control, Nonconnah Creek, Tennessee and Mississippi, authorized by section 401 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (100 Stat. 4124) and modified by the section 334 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 (114 Stat. 2611), is modified to authorize the Secretary— ####
(1)to reconstruct, at Federal expense, the weir originally constructed in the vicinity of the mouth of Nonconnah Creek; and ####
(2)to make repairs and maintain the weir in the future so that the weir functions properly.
