## SEC. 5125 NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA Section 219(f)(11) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (113 Stat. 335) is amended by striking “and Monroe” and inserting “Northumberland, Union, Snyder, Luzerne, and Monroe”.
