## SEC. 5121 ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA Section 219(f)(66) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (114 Stat. 2763A–221) is amended— ####

(1)by striking “ $20,000,000 ” and inserting the following: > > ##### “(A) In general > > $20,000,000” > ; ####

(2)by adding at the end the following: > > ##### “(B) Credit > > The Secretary shall credit, in accordance with section 221 of the Flood Control Act of 1970 (42 U.S.C. 1962d–5b), toward the non-Federal share of the cost of the project the cost of work carried out by the non-Federal interest for the project before the date of the partnership agreement for the project.” > ; and ####

(3)by aligning the remainder of the text of subparagraph

(A)(as designated by paragraph

(1)of this section) with subparagraph

(B)(as added by paragraph

(2)of this section).
