## SEC. 5109 HUDSON RIVER, NEW YORK The Secretary may participate with the State of New York, New York City, and the Hudson River Park Trust in carrying out activities to restore critical marine habitat, improve safety, and protect and rehabilitate critical infrastructure with respect to the Hudson River. There is authorized to be appropriated $10,000,000 to carry out this section.
