## SEC. 5089 MASSACHUSETTS DREDGED MATERIAL DISPOSAL SITES The Secretary may cooperate with Massachusetts in the management and long-term monitoring of aquatic dredged material disposal sites within the State and is authorized to accept funds from the State to carry out such activities.
