## SEC. 5047 LANCASTER, CALIFORNIA Section 219(f)(50) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (114 Stat. 2763A–220) is amended— ####

(1)by inserting after “water” the following: “and wastewater”; and ####

(2)by striking “$14,500,000” and inserting “$24,500,000”.
