## SEC. 5006 ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE FOR AUTHORIZED PROJECTS ###
(a)In General Section 219(e) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (106 Stat. 4835; 110 Stat. 3757; 113 Stat. 334) is amended— ####
(1)by striking “and” at the end of paragraph (7); ####
(2)by striking the period at the end of paragraph
(8)and inserting a semicolon; and ####
(3)by adding at the end the following: > > #### “(9) > > $35,000,000 for the project described in subsection (c)(18); > > > #### “(10) > > $27,000,000 for the project described in subsection (c)(19); > > > #### “(11) > > $20,000,000 for the project described in subsection (c)(20); > > > #### “(12) > > $35,000,000 for the project described in subsection (c)(23); > > > #### “(13) > > $20,000,000 for the project described in subsection (c)(25); > > > #### “(14) > > $20,000,000 for the project described in subsection (c)(26); > > > #### “(15) > > $35,000,000 for the project described in subsection (c)(27); > > > #### “(16) > > $20,000,000 for the project described in subsection (c)(28); and > > > #### “(17) > > $30,000,000 for the project described in subsection (c)(40).” > . ###
(b)East Arkansas Enterprise Community, Arkansas Federal assistance made available under the rural enterprise zone program of the Department of Agriculture may be used toward payment of the non-Federal share of the costs of the project described in section 219(c)(20) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 (114 Stat. 2763A–219) if such assistance is authorized to be used for such purposes.
