## SEC. 4081 WOONSOCKET LOCAL PROTECTION PROJECT, BLACKSTONE RIVER BASIN, RHODE ISLAND The Secretary shall conduct a study, and, not later than June 30, 2008, submit to Congress a report that describes the results of the study, on the flood damage reduction project, Woonsocket, Blackstone River basin, Rhode Island, authorized by section 10 of the Flood Control Act of December 22, 1944 (58 Stat. 892), to determine the measures necessary to restore the level of protection of the project as originally designed and constructed.
