## SEC. 4064 UPPER DELAWARE RIVER WATERSHED, NEW YORK In accordance with section 221 of the Flood Control Act of 1970 (42 U.S.C. 1962d–5b), a nonprofit organization may serve, with the consent of the affected local government, as the non-Federal interest for a study for the Upper Delaware River watershed, New York, being carried out under Committee Resolution 2495 of the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives, adopted May 9, 1996.
